I arrived on time to a very busy salon. Waiting room full. I was left waoting over 1hr before a therapist was ready. In that time 3 people walked out from waiting too long. There was no apology from the manager as he waved them out.
When I finally got to sit in the chair, i was asked what i wanted, i wasnt provided with colour charts, so showed a photo of french coloured tips, she huffed loudly and said it was too much for her. I settled for regular french. The owner is so rude, will not rtrn!

Booked online, arrived 5 minutes early. Salon was very busy. Waited another 25 minutes and the people getting pedicures were not even nearly finished.
Looked like a lovely place but didn't have time to wait around

staff are always brilliant. as a nail biter all my life, the staff don't have good nails to work on. However they always do an amazing job. BIAB never peels or falls of when done in Fasion Nails
