It was great, staff was really friendly, very relaxing experience. My gel pedicure turned out great. Lisa was especially lovely and it turned out exactly how I want it. 10/10 will be going back again.

A little disappointed after being to this salon many times. My eyelashes were done in 20 minutes and since I got home, I've noticed they're uneven and many have fallen out. Probably from the rushed job as I followed all the usual aftercare guidance of not showering etc. I booked my app a week in advance whilst I was in Portugal and was looking forward to getting them done but feel I was rushed in order to fit in a walk-in client. I know money needs to be made but I'm a loyal repeat customer

I had an appointment but when I arrived I was told they were short staffed & could not do my appointment. I was not notified of this in advance so I could re arrange or change my app. Got my nails done there previously & was happy with them so I’m extremely dissatisfied, I won’t book them again.
