Unfortunately my experience was incredibly bad. I had booked an appointment via the app which it turned out no one was able to fulfill. The hairdresser was not in the salon and the receptionist did not know when she would be available, and gave me their business card to call the owner and get the hairdressers number to see if she would come...
This was after I had waited for half an hour before raising that 2 others had been attended to before more and an additional 20 minutes after I had rang the owner and left a message with her to no avail. I have heard nothing since and yet the service was paid for in advance. I will be seeking a refund.
While there was a language barrier (Brazilian salon, with mainly Portuguese speaking custom), there was no effort made to try and sort my issue, nor care given to the time I spent waiting. I ultimately told the receptionist I had to leave as I had other engagements and she basically said "Okay, bye"- no apology, or effort to try and follow up to make sure I got a refund or another appointment. It was truly frustrating and honestly a disgrace.
