The treatment was BIAB removal but the technician seemed to think the last manicure (from another salon) was gel so she couldn't remove it all. I believe this protected my nails better, but was disappointed to leave with bumpy nails

Cindy was fantastic at BIAB. She was efficient and gave a really nice shape to my short nails. Great choice of colour too.
