On the day I visited there were 3 women working in the salon one of whom is the owner. The ambiance is very strained as Jessica reprimands her staff quite fiercely making clients very uncomfortable.
While I recognise the need for standard setting perhaps instructing one’s staff in a manner less like the scolding of unruly children is more suitable in a client facing business advertising itself as a place where peace and tranquility can be found.
