These were my wedding nails.
Part of the sidewall of my natural nail was over-filed during the appointment. I had spent three weeks growing my nails, and the area became painful afterwards. Even after the correction appointment, it is still painful as I write this review.
When I raised my concerns, I was told to return for a correction but received no apology or acknowledgment of the damage, pain, or inconvenience caused.
