very careful and thorough- removed my gel manicure making sure not to hurt my nails at all or leave any on!

Chaotic atmosphere. Difficult to see reception desk when u enter. Room where treatment done VERY unprofessional- disordered. Treatment done just inside door in sight of main salon, offering NO privacy.. Chair for treatment not appropriate- no support to lean back head and neck for eye brow waxing.
