When I asked Jacklyn to retouch my nails (length, refill too much)she was too rude to me. She asked me to go and tell the salon in London to do it correctly without telling her. I was embarrassed in front of other people. I told her directly that she was rude and I don’t like it. She said that I didn’t trust her service and it was such a humiliation by a salon owner. She should have told before she started to process, she has no time to do and come next time as I shouldn’t renew the full set.

Giving a three stars to the treatment this time because nail gel polish got a bit chipped in only few days, not doing any particularly strange activities.
Previous time lasted perfectly intact until removal. This time I had to file my nails to fix the damaged parts.
A part from that the place is clean and the ladies are very friendly.

Had an amazing appointment, the attention to detail on my nail art is phenomenal! The appointment was a bridal trial for my wedding nails and I 100% will be going back to have them done for my big day ☺️
