Appointment was very long because of nail art. This wasn't communicated beforehand. Nail art was okay, it could be better. The therapist was absolutely lovely and very engaging. Sometimes unnerving when conversations are being had about clients are in the staff's native language. The manicure itself was lovely in spite of the services being very restricted, basins of water with plastic bags are used to give soak and scrub. Toilet area average. Staff all very welcoming with drinks.
