I went for biab removal and reapplication. After 5 days 2 of my nails had been damaged. The manager was so apologetic and fixed them for free, kindly. Two days later 4 more nails were damaged as in lifting from the nail bed. My biab usually lasts me 3 or 4 weeks and doesn’t budge even then. I’m so disappointed that the quality was poor here because the ladies working in the salon are lovely. I’ve unfortunately wasted my money trying a new place and will be going back to my old salon in future

Well, it was a bit surprising and kind of scary situation, to have the manicure being trained, while doing my nails. I think it could be a good idea/gesture, to offer a discount. I also missed a cream in the hands, the basic. It was my second time.
