Some of the less senior staff seems to struggle with conducting the services, and in an effort to apparently cut costs the staff has decided to leave the heat off (even on bitter cold days). While the salon could be cozy and welcoming (if the heat were turned on) I was slowly attended to by a technician wear heavy coat and sweaters while I sat and shivered with my feet soaking in rapidly cooling water.

I've been here 3 times now and every time has been great. Jacklyn is a perfectionist with her nails art and so lovely and sweet too. Xixi is a bomb at pedicures highly recommend. good parking availability too and also close to luas stop.
