Mixed service- I arrived 5 minutes early and was told to stand outside as there was no room to wait; because it was raining they found me a chair to sit on but weren’t very welcoming. My treatment with JOJO was super and she was so lovely, except I was given the wrong treatment (asked for normal polish and they gave me a gel manicure) and had to pay extra for their mistake. Would be reluctant to go back but highly recommend JOJO.
