I’m a regular customer and genuinely love their nail work, but I’m disappointed with my recent experience. I was late twice by only 10 minutes, called ahead both times, and had genuine reasons (Luas delays and having an infant). I understand punctuality matters, but I’ve also waited 15–20 minutes when they were running behind. Receiving a “please come on time” message and a call 5–7 minutes before my appointment felt quite rude. The work is great, but I wish there was more understanding

It was okay. Throughout the service, I had 3 different people doing my nails, which I found very odd. I would’ve liked it just to be one person only. They did remove my BIAB, but did not do any work on my cuticles, which was disappointing.
