I booked an appointment online for 12pm. But when I got there I was asked to come back at 1.15pm instead. Also they don’t accept card so you need to carry cash. Or prepay online. Other than that the experience was really good. Bit noisy with dropping things and creaking floors etc. Otherwise a relaxing experience. Massage finished at 2.30pm. So was slightly extended. I’d go again. And would recommend it to others.
