Having had fairly regular massages for the past 10 years in a variety of places, I can tell you that I had the worst massage experience of my life here yesterday. From the girl not knowing I’d made a booking, to making me get cash and pay before the treatment to not offering me a towel to cover me after telling me “take off all your clothes”...when I asked for a towel, she asked if I was “too cold” (lying there completely exposed in my pants, yeah!!!), but gave me one....the music playing was interrupted with ads every 5 - 10 minutes, she answered the phone 5 times and on one occasion massaged me with one hand whilst speaking on the phone (no washing of her hands between back and phone calls). Apart from the lack of professionalism was the fact that she did not know how to massage. This was made of obvious by the fact that she just gripped and pinched my skin and dug her elbow into the actual bones of my spine as opposed to pressing the muscles. It was painful and honestly I was so worried that she would damage me that on the 5th phone call I got up (after 25 minutes), dressed myself and left. This was supposed to be a 1 hr 15 min treatment but I cut my losses and left. Don’t waste your time, money or risk your health by going here. An utterly terrible experience.

The massage was very good. The masseuse connected well and met my needs and request.
But.. The atmosphere needs to be improved, it was noisy, phones ringing, drilling sounds, smoke smell from outside (back door possibly left open). Not ideal. A scented candle and more quietness would improve a lot.
Also the lady at the counter called me when I was parking the car to say she only saw the booking on her computer and had to squeeze me if I waited 15 minutes. This puts me off trying Treatwell all together.
