Mark made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I entered the premises. I liked how he asked about any medical issues I might have and how he explained everything as he went along. Turns out he’s also a fabulous Agony Aunt, too! Definitely recommend!

I have some shoulder problems which I thought might benefit from massage therapy. Mark has learnt many forms of massage including sports therapy. What struck me as incredibly professional was Mark's discussion beforehand about my general health and what particular needs I had regarding the massage. Mark checked in on me throughout the treatment asking if the pressure and manipulation was strong enough or weak enough. I felt that I was in the hands of a gifted professional and I was delighted.
