This was a really bad experience for me. I booked in for half a head of highlights and the stylist turned my hair orange and did the highlights really chunky. I was so upset. I still had to pay for basically all the treatment. I then had to go to another salon and pay a lot of money to get it fixed. They offered for me to come back and they would try and fix it but I couldn’t let them do any more damage to my hair after this experience.
