Always really great experience dealing with Jason, personally he really knows what suits for my hair type and lenght. I have long, wavy hair that tends to get frizzy and bulky a bit, so this time he added a few layers which looked great after but also when I washed my hair after a few days later. I was also late for the appointment, got stuck in traffic, I rang the salon to say I'm running late, but I was almost 20 minutes late - he was waiting a while so I appreciate that also.
