I paid for a Removal & New Set even though they just did a refill. I was in there for 2.5h and the design did not look like the picture I showed them. If you don't know much about nails DONT GO THERE! They will screw you and make you pay double the price you should pay.

Unfortunately I didn’t get the haircut I wanted. I showed a picture and how I wanted the haircut. However I got a blunt cut with bangs which I didnt ask for. Stylist seemed in hurry

Yuki is fantastic. My nails, nail colour are always applied very professionally. There is a very high level of cleanliness and all the equipment is spotless.
