my appointment was booked for 6pm, appointment started 20 minutes late which was an inconvenience. overall shellac service was good

Nails were fantastic. However, I booked in for a curly blow dry and the stylist washed my hair and dried it straight, and then he curled it with tongs. He said it was because I had really thick hair. But I've had lots of lovely curly blow dry experiences in other salons with no problems. My brother's wedding was the next day and my hair was flat and lifeless so I had to restyle it. I should have just done it myself in the first place and saved my money.

Great blow dry. I have really curly hair and never get the smooth finish I want but he nailed it.
