I think the hair was bleached a bit longer than required, as my hair was never colored before and now is too thin and easily breaks. Also the toner washed off in the first wash (with a color protect shampoo) after coloring, leaving my hair really bushy and brassy toned. Same happened with my friend, who did it with me. When checked, they offered me a free toning.

Arrived 15mins early, Yuki is already free and ready to start immediately. Showed her what I wanted and she immediately told me all the nail color palettes and was very pleased.
For eyelashes, Abby is so lovely and does the eyelashes just the way I wanted!
