Cool experience - only down thing is that for some reason they don’t accept card. And I don’t carry cash because of bank charge . But Yvonne always does a great job that’s why I always come back

The experience was absolutely dreadful, I was shouted at and left humiliated in front of the other clients and staff. I got nothing that I wanted when I tried to raise the issue I was rudely told to email the manger, as there was no one there. I done that and turns out it was an email that’s used for bookings and is their general email. No one came back to me, when I contacted Treatwell about this issue, they told me to resolve it myself in store.The nails didn’t even last 1 week!😩

An excellent establishment with great price for a fabulous service. Jason gave me a great perm and very transparent about the process throughout. Would’ve preferred if he used a diffuser attachment in the hairdryer instead of full heat and roughing my hair but that’s my only complaint! I love this hair salon and am definitely loyal through and through.
