Very disappointing experience. Mia arrived late, unprepared, and didn’t even take one minute for a consultation, instead just took me for washing. She splashed water on my face, made multiple offensive comments about my face shape and thinning hair, and cut more than agreed. She used thinning scissors without consent and kept giggling dismissively. Zero awareness of the customer. Left feeling upset, self-conscious, and disappointed. Unprofessional from start to finish.
