Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. No effort was made to make customers welcome, no smiles or anything. This was not due to a language barrier, it was clear that there was not a pressure on staff to provide good customer experience. Pieces of old nails etc. were not cleaned up. Other staff were eating fried food on the nail chairs, which would leave grease.
