I was excited to visit this salon based on good reviews, but my 15:30 appointment, which I prepaid, was delayed by two hours. I wasn’t seen until 17:30, and the lack of clear communication made it worse—after an hour, I was told the wait would be just 10 more minutes which became another hour. Despite the frustrating delay, the haircut was excellent. I hope the salon improves its scheduling and updates clients more accurately in the future.
