I unfortunately had a negative experience at the salon. My appointment was scheduled for 1 PM, but I waited until 1:40 PM, and the hairdresser was still attending to another client. It seemed that it would take an additional 30 to 40 minutes for them to finish. As a result, I would have had to wait over an hour and a half to get my hair cut. I decided to go to another place to get my hair done.
The hairdresser should arrange more time for each client to be more organised.

I came for a BROWN/CARAMEL BROWN color. The hairdresser did red on me. How could he make a mistake and do RED instead of BROWN??? He was certainly nice but it's not at all what I wanted. I'm very disappointed, especially since it's the first time I've had my hair colored. I'm a student and I thought a lot and saved up before doing it, but what a terrible choice to have chosen this hairdresser...
