I was there getting my root bleach but at the same time the hairdresser also served another customer and left the bleach so long I was so itchy when wash out my hair turned grey so she has to put a lot of toner and new colour. At the end my hair was very dry and breakage I was so disappointed. And the colour is so greenish grey🥲. After i came home was crying as my hair has lots of breakage like never before. And she said nothing about it but saying that oh asian hair is hard to bleach bah bah
