I recently had a balayage service at this salon and would like to share my full experience.
Initially, while the balayage structure and blending were done very well, the final colour result was not what I had expected. The tone turned out much more yellow than the reference photos I had provided, which was disappointing at first.
However, I was genuinely impressed by how professionally and responsibly the salon handled the situation afterwards. After I raised my concerns, the customer service team responded promptly, listened carefully, and arranged a corrective appointment very quickly — even during a very busy pre-Christmas period.
The follow-up appointment was handled by another stylist, who was extremely professional and attentive. The colour was carefully adjusted, and the final result is exactly what I was hoping for. I am now very happy with my hair.
I truly appreciate the salon’s aftercare, communication, and willingness to take responsibility and make things right. Mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled really shows the quality of a salon. I would definitely recommend this place for their professionalism and customer care.
