When I walked in before they even said hi I was snapped at for booking the wrong treatment and they told me I’d need to pay extra ( I was the literal only person in there ) The floor had hair trimmings on it and they brush they used had loads of hair it it and I didn’t see any sanitizer. My stylist was good tho and my hair came out good
