I was asked to pay the full price of having a wash cut & blow dry when I didn’t get the blowdry I asked for. The salon had rang me earlier in the week asking to reschedule my appointment to a later time as the stylist had another client arriving before and after me. The stylist had to dry my hair to cut it and by the time my hair was cut, next client had arrived and I was told I couldn’t get a bouncy blow dry like I had asked. I understand it was busy, but it was still equally disappointing.
