Booked head massage and wash cut and blow dry. Person doing head massage was unavailable but was given absolutely no notice of this. Wash cut and blow dry was nice, no complaints with that

For the price it is a decent blow dry. I do not think the shampoo etc products are good quality and the basin is very uncomfortable. No options for tea/ coffee etc.
