Disaster!!!!! They damaged my hair!!! This was, without a doubt, the worst salon experience I have ever had. Unprofesional staff. Overexposed bleaching. My hair was detangled so aggressively that large amounts of it were pulled out. Because it had already been overexposed to bleach, it was extremely fragile. I watched in shock as handfuls of my hair fell beneath the brush. I was met with comments such as, “What do you expect for €180?” and “Why didn’t you go somewhere that charges €300?” Avoid

Walked past and thought this new salon looked nice, got an appointment for the next day and was able to get a long-needed haircut. Come for attentive service and attention-to-detail, not to mention an incredible head massage during the hair wash!
