This salon is reliable and its opened 7 days a week which is very suitable for me. The staff is nice but they dont know my name and I have been a regular client for months, I think they lack good customer care. Also the blow dry I get doesn't last and I would prefer if they didn't use the straighter. To me its just handy to go there but if I had more time off I would go somewhere else, probably they wouldn't even miss me!!

Yana was so lovely and welcoming. She did a full colour for me and the colour turned out better than I ever could have imagined she is anazing at what she does. Amy also helped too she was fantastic
