Positives: Leo took the time to do the haircut precisely. The music was nice and mellow. Masks and social distancing were all good. Negatives: Hairbrushes weren't clean. No heat protection products were used before blow-drying and straightening my hair. (Note: Not the salon's fault, but my bike was stolen from across the road during my appointment, so it might be a good idea to take public transport or walk there.)
