It wasn’t the stylist that is mentioned. Staff were clearly under pressure on this day. Blow dry was rushed and the stylist was very rough with my hair. End result was okay but hair was very frizzy and broken in places from being pulled on so hard. This is not normally the case as I’ve had many blow drys here before.

I was unhappy with my manicure (nail beds were cut too deep and I bled, leaving my fingers raw and in pain for 2 days) and had to file off excess gel polish from the side of my nails when I got home. The owner was extremely rude to me when I asked for a refund and never apologised for the quality of the manicure. He kept insisting that because the colour was good the manicure was perfect. Eva was very pleasant during my appointment and I'm sure was just having an off day but the owner is horrible
