I booked online for chemical straightening service. when it completed, she told me 120 euro for it and I was so shocked. I didn't agree with and won't leave without a fight. She eventually told me its all rite to pay 100e and I lost 20e and so you are. I refused to pay that price as well. It wasnt my own fault not to upgrade their website and should informed customer before service begin. Why should I pay for their mistake while I had no clue of their increasing service. Eventually, she got on with her boss on the phone and honoured me that price and extra 10 quids for trimming my hair. I'm happy with my hair but arguing with someone in the weekend make me sad. It seems like my weekend is over because of this issue. I still feel annoying like.
