I had an appointment booked for 13:30, they didn’t wash my hair until 13:50 and then left me sitting for another 10 mins before they began brushing my hair. The only option on the website is €32 for a long wash cut and blow dry which I had prepaid but at the end I was informed I had to pay an extra €8 because my hair is “extra long and thick”.
