While the nails I got looked ok (bar some unevenness in length and bumpiness) I was quite unhappy with the service in general... I got cut twice to the point of bleeding and was hurt by rough filing too. Quite unhygienic, at one point the man doing my nails pushed my cuticles back with his own nail .... ultimately what made me angry enough to right this review was since trying to remove the nails I have discovered the salon used MMA on my nails (illegal in the US as it’s so damaging) ... after multiple long soaks it’s still not coming off, my nails are in bits and so sore from messing with them continuously for 2 days trying to remove the nails .... furthermore, each nail has a deep divot where there was over filing at the cuticles with the e-file .... just would have been a lot happier had I not gone at all!
