I booked in and prepaid for an eyebrow thread and tint. I was lying on the bed waiting. When the beautician turned up I was told that she was not able to thread eyebrows and she could only do waxing and plucking. I agreed to this as I needed my eyebrows done and that was the only time that suited me. I asked for the shape not to be changed and just a tidy up. The shape was change and they do not look freshly done. The tint is non existent. I will not be returning.
