I had not so nice experience with a new girl that started working in Hellena's beauty clinic. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but I had an Hollywood wax and a half leg wax. During the Hollywood one shevsaid to not be so confident with the Brazilian wax, but after having applied it to my body and left it for a while. The appointment lasted more then it should because of her inexperience. Fortunately Hellena fixed everything, completing my Hollywood wax. Also the half leg wax, did by the new girl, was not good at all. I have some places of my leg where I have still hairs. I am very disappointed!! It's not my forst time in this saloon. I loved Vanessa and her professional skills. So when I didn't see her I thought "ok, I can try with a new one", but the new one was very incompetent.
