Vanessa was lovely and so accommodating! She was chatting away but not in the overly chatty way, when she saw that I was quiet she didn’t overly push for conversation. She also kept checking if I was okay and if I was hurting etc. she’s amazing at what she does, I’ve never been so relaxed and painless getting waxed! The customer experience is incredible! Def recommend 💙 thank you so much guys!
