My appointment was cancelled twice, the second time as I was parking. Then on reschedule I didn't get the therapist that was shown on my email, got someone that couldn't speak any English, I didn't have confidence that she knew what she was doing, was my first time microneedling, quite unnerving to have that done with someone who can't speak English to explain things and talk through the procedure or answer my questions. Got a free treatment for the 2 canceled appointments which was nice
