I booked an appointment at 1pm which was supposed to last 1h30. I was taken late by the therapist (1.25pm) and I still finished at 2.30pm which means the treatment was only 1h and I paid for 1h30.
Also, it was my first ever facial, and I got no consultation or help from the therapist which I found a bit disappointing as I was expecting this. The communication was quite bad as well I did not feel properly taken care of.
I will go somewhere else for my next facial.
