This was my second time at Helena's (first was for microdermabrasion). I got micro needling done this time & the treatment was really smooth. Helena took time to explain the process to me beforehand, what was involved & what I could expect afterwards. She did a thorough cleanse of my face, then applied a numbing cream, which took about 20 minutes to take effect. The micro needling was totally painless. I'd really recommend Helena's, I'll definitely be back.
