I booked in and prepaid for an eyebrow thread and tint. I was lying on the bed waiting. When the beautician turned up I was told that she was not able to thread eyebrows and she could only do waxing and plucking. I agreed to this as I needed my eyebrows done and that was the only time that suited me. I asked for the shape not to be changed and just a tidy up. The shape was change and they do not look freshly done. The tint is non existent. I will not be returning.

Hellena did my first and second session of microneedling. Isadora did my 3rd and last. The results are amaaazziiinnngggggg, a lot of improvement even with my first session I already saw the results. Staff are nice too and very accommodating

I have been going to Helena for around 2 years now. She is such a warm and lovely person. She goes above and beyond. She has cleared up my skin so much. Every facial is customised to your skin’s need. The level of service is unmatched.
