Serious issues with double bookings. All customers seemed to be waiting and trying to enquire when they would be seen to. Staff speak in Chinese which is rude. My shellac was done a bit lumpy and untidy and is already scratched and starting to lift after a week and a half. Bearing in mind that shellac generally stays on for me indefinitely until I grow it out. Poor ventilation also, it's a small room upstairs in an old building with no windows open, the smell of nail products is overpowering and can't be healthy. For 18 euro the experience was bearable but I won't be back.

The staff were lovely and a fantastic selection of colours. The only downside was that they didn't push back or cut my cuticles, but they did do a great shellac and buff my nails thoroughly. Will definitely return.

Had a fantastic Gel pedicure, and they were even able to squeeze me in for a manicure too at short notice. Would 100% recommend.
