Nails turned out well but pricing policies are NOT clear. No option to select “include removal” when booking in for shellac, nor does it say that it will cost extra to have shellac removed before reapplication. Was stopped at the door to make sure I had paid for my booking (which I had prepaid on the app) and was asked to pay more money to cover shellac removal. No card machine so had to goto ATM and come back. Gel Polish manicure turned out well itself, but found the experience unnecessarily awkward.

Great selection of colours, the pedicure was executed perfectly, but the manicure took too long and isn't really well done (I got assigned to 2 different girls, although I chose one specifically from the treatwell app). Overall satisfied, but need to work more on communication and ambience. The nail art offered in the app doesn't exist in the salon, they wanted to give me money back.
