Appalling!!! Was treated in waiting area. she worked at my side, while people came in and sat beside me waiting. she headed off halfway to finish nails on someone else, left the dye on too long and I ended up with black clown brows and stained skin. embarrassed to be seen after, just awful. disinterested staff and shocking customer service.
