I had an excellent experience getting gel nails done. Even though I messed up the booking, Harriet still fit me in and she did a fantastic manicure even though she was under time pressure (caused by me!) and was very nice about it. I was so grateful she still fit me in and am delighted with her work - nails are still perfect.
