same glove used as previous customer before me / tools not being sanitised / appointment was booked thru this app for 12 but staff took a walk in customer just as I arrived so had to wait till 12.30 / nails not the colour or length or nail art I wanted at all (showed pic for reference at beginning of my app) nails bumpy all over as gel wasn’t left to set long enough / acrylics were used when pre payed for gel / so disappointing
